Normally, I would say no, as I believe there should be some kind of mutual fraternal bond between the lone men who have stood in this position. At least, that's how it works in my mind. However, in terms of this CURRENT president, all fraternity goes out the window, and I fully expect each and every former president, dead and alive, to be thinking, "WTF?" and envisioning themselves beating holy Americana into him. IMO.

Historically they always did ~ including the 'Founding Fathers.' Former President or not, they're still U.S. citizens with a right to free speech.

I certainly think they should, especially if the current president is a horse's ass. America was founded by people who rebelled against a government they no longer believed in. The constitution remains the same, why should people act any different now?
