Cook and Bake too. I went to school for it :D
-
I can cook: spaghetti hamburger helper steak ...that's about it.
-
My mother and grandmother taught me to cook. Said a real man should be able to take care of themselves. Little did they know I fell in love with cooking. During holiday family dinners I get many request, so yes I guess I can cook a few things.
-
In one word Noooo
-
Yes. I can do quite a few things without a recipe - goulash, spag. bol., lasagne, chili, paella, curry. In fact if it all gets done in the same pan I can do it. When it comes to getting the timing right for a roast dinner, I'm not so good - in fact I'm hopeless.
-
I can cook some things. The overwhelming majority of the time, I don't cook, though.
-
Yes, today I cooked a sheppards pie ala me for about 25 people! They loved it!
-
Yes I can but I don't do it much. I grille out some but don't prepare much in the kitchen even though I can. I once made a birthday cake for my wife when we were young and poor and I made it from scratch, even the icing and decorative trim. I usually am "the cook" when I go fishing in Ontario with my buds because they can't cook anything but fish! I do the rest.
-
I'm no Jacques Pepin by even a longshot, but, I can hold my own in the kitchen.
-
If you call deep frying salami cooking.
-
I'm a killer cook. People keep telling me I should open a restaurant... but I can't see the fun in cooking if you can't enjoy the food with other people... being holed up in the kitchen and never meeting your customers doesn't sound like my cup o' tea.
-
LMAO. The first time I tried was the day after I got home from my honeymoon. My new husband liked chicken so I figured I'd try. I called my mom & she said you have to wash it first. I got out my Pamolive soap & started scrubbing the chicken. My new husband walked in & asked me what the heck I was doing. He said he'd be the cook in the house so I never learned
-
Yep..
-
My boyfriend says that I'm a pretty good cook. But then again he would say that just so he won't have to fix dinner.
-
Oh yes. I'd be happy to fix you something. What would you like?
-
Yes... being a single father, I haven't much of a choice. :)
-
Yes and I really enjoy it. I don't know why I don't more often.
-
Oh yes! very well!
-
Not really...but I can eat!
-
I can only cook microwavable food.
-
Are you talking about the kitchen?... :-)
-
Anything that is pre packaged like hamburger helper.
-
Yes. I've always wanted to be a cook since I was little. People always tell me I should open a restruant. I love cooking, it makes people happy which makes me happy. :D
-
Did i already mention the Hamburger Helper thing?
-
I'm no "Iron Chef" but I do pretty well.
-
Yes, very well. I Love to cook and bake. Experimenting or trying a new recipe. I cook every day, happily:-)
-
I love to cook everything! But I am better at baking.
-
yes, I can cook the way I like to.
-
I can, and do.

I love cooking... I did most of the cooking on Thanksgiving...
-
good gravy yes!!!!!! When I get stressed out I always head to the kitchen and make things. Today I was stressed and I made chili, and cornbread. Now the only problem is the cleanup!
-
I can cook & cook pretty good if I might say so my self.
-
I can cook pretty well - I get quite adventurous at times and do a gorgeous prawn piri piri, or a succulent chicken hotpot - ohh, making your mouth water? But my favoutire things to cook are simple meals like a sausage casserole or a roast dinner, or hearty soups on cold days like today - can't beat 'em! Anyone can cook if they want to! Just get a simple recipe book and follow the instructions, you can't go wrong!
-
Not me.
-
I can, to be honest. Not anyone can, though. Some people really suck at it.
-
Me! You may also want to check this question out. (great minds think alike!) http://www.answerbag.com/q_view/393235
-
Sure! Sometimes people don't cook very well, but they can try. I'm self taught. I started when I was around 13. I always had my nose in a cook book.
-
Yeah, I can cook pretty good. Hungry?
-
I can cook shepherd's pie, Hungarian goulash, and Mexican lasagna.

i can cook for myself quite well, but for others it's another story...
-
Yes I can cook and bake, too!!
-
I can cook very well and I love to whip something up in the kitchen. However I never follow any recipes and everything I do is from memory and imagination and from info that I have managed to gather from observation. I would only use instructions if I had to bake something.
-
I can cook and bake very well, actually. =)
-
I do OK. I like my cooking better than most other people do.
-
Yes, although I'm no chef. I've got the basics down pat and I can make a few specialty dishes. As you can imagine, I make some good toast. http://www.answerbag.com/q_view/509155 I'm good on the grill, too. Now I'm hungry, LOL, for barbecued ribs. Great question, GiraffeyedDonor.
-
I can throw together a nice meal if I have to. I prefer to make cooking an event complete with my family right in the kitchen with me.
-
I guess I can cook okay. Nobody is starving. :)
-
Yes, I can cook. The real question is does anyone want to eat what I cook. I can cook some things well, but in general I am not that good of a cook.
-
Oh yes ... I very well can ...and if I don't I do not have anybody else here to cook for me :-)
-
Everyday for the last 20 years professionally!
-
I can, but I don't like to, so I spend a lot of time pretending that I can't!
-

-
Yes, very well, I think!
-
Yes, I can cook and I really enjoy it. But I'm not interested in cooking "home" food. I like going to a restaurant and then trying to repeat what they cooked for me, if I liked it.
-
yes i can cook and quite well at that. Back in my high school days while in culinary school in Europe, I created my special dish. I was taking a poo poo one day and thought it looked appatizing. i grabbed it and through it on a plate. The steam was arising from its mass of brown goodness and i smelled the aroma of poo poo. I sprinkled salt on it and ate it up. It was delish. I got an occasional corn which complimented the smoothness of the poo poo. I reccomend this for all new chefs. Unfortunatley no body liked the idea but every night i get a little taste of my poo poo. Thanks and Bon Apetite

I grew up on a farm, only now do I fully understand how lucky I was, only cook from scratch. Speggitti is one of my specialities. As a child I baked too, only once did the fire dep. come to put out the fire. Now my cookies are comparable to Mrs. Fields, I have sold them to stores, I learned all the tricks, the best is to always cook with love, if your pissed off, best to order out.

Nope. I would love to learn how to cook though. Everyone eats!

Yes, fairly well. I usually get the best results if I have a recipe to follow, but I occasionally experiment on my own, with varying results.

Luckily my husband enjoys trying new recipes, we try to have one new recipe a week. We write our comments by the recipe, or if it was horrible "X" it out. Tonight is a new recipe.
