Yes. A lot more than I'd have liked at points. But then, most of my life is online so you'd expect me of all places to be more jealous here.

Once I was chatting with this guy from a chat room and when I didn't answer him quickly enough, he started typing in all caps "WHO HAS GOT YOUR ATTENTION THAT YOU'RE NOT ANSWERING ME? HELLO HELLO HELLO WHO ELSE ARE YOU TALkING TO?' I put him on permanent ignore.

Yes

Yep. Insecurities and such that one has in meatspace don't just disappear on the internet. I think it's just managing the jealousy, keeping it in perspective and not letting it take over that's important. It can actually teach you quite a lot about yourself. Jealousy seems like a bad thing to admit to, as though it's some huge flaw in your personality and development. I was tempted to answer, ''no, never'', but like any issue, it needs to be recognised before it can be kept in check!

Not to my knowledge.

Hi, kdp...I have never, repeat never, experienced jealousy except when my sister was born..you know, the typical sibling rivalry that is part of growing up...maybe there is something wrong with me. But always in relationships if someone I was with preferred another at some point in the relationship, I just figured it had "timed out" and moved on. When I was in high school my one best friend from grammar school kind of dumped me (I was younger and shy) when she "matured" and got involved with a "faster" crowd..I was never jealous of her new friends, I just felt sad for me. I dated a guy once when I was in junior college..I liked him a lot...we went to a sorority dance (my sorority) and he commented on how pretty one of my sorority sisters was..I gave him her phone number and for me, that was that. So that is pretty weird I guess. I think people who go through life being jealous of others for whatever reason must be pretty miserable..I don't want to be miserable! :)
-
Yeah. Ironic.
-
Nope! Be Blessed!!!
-
No, it's all in fun. I prefer to flirt and run... ;)
-
Yup... I try very hard not to get jealous though... I try to be a good puppy and not bite anyone's head off, although sometimes, I think it's healthy to give in to the temptation every once in a while... Hehehehe... >:-)
-
I've had someone else get jealous of me, but I've never gotten jealous.
-
yes, and it makes me crazy.
-
No.
-
Yes. And it snuck up on me.
-
Yes. I was jealous of this girl from VA because I thought the guy I liked liked her. He liked me, though. That was interesting.
