  • Drinking lots of water helps keep the skin moist, another good thing is to have a salt bath once or twice a week, mix some some epson salts with sea salts, put an entire cup in a bathfull of water and soak for a bit. Hemp is also REALLY good at keeping skin moist, a good hemp lotion will do you a TON of good. Good luck! P.S. I'm assuming you know this but it might be worth cutting back the tanning, you could even go once every second or third day and still have quite the tan.
  • There is no point on giving you a lecture regarding tanning because that is not what you want to hear. Drink plenty of water and try applying baby oil to your skin when it is wet (but not before tanning), this will help to trap the moisture in. Making sure that you eat a well balanced diet can help with your skin too.
  • If you could see my sister after all the years of tanning you would give it up ...anyway baby oil after a bath helps with the dry skin so my sister said.
