Theres A LOT of them out there, and to be honest the best place to look is at menshealth.com they got a whole library of workout routines and are detailed with pictures too. Dont do regular crunches, its all about using your whole body with your abs. crunches just target the major muscle in your abs. your abdominal muscles are made up of 4 or more diffrent muscles. Just like your back and your chest. You need to make sure you train the smaller muscles along with the big ones.

I like to try for AB Bingo, where I try to get my avatar represented on the first five questions of the social screen. So far I've only gotten three in a row. Oh, not that AB.

crunches work well for upper, leg lifts/holds work for lower. bicycles are good, planks are good, a lemon squeezes are good. one major thing is to keep your back straight and life your shoulders towards the ceiling when you do crunches.
