Jessic'a law I don't side w/ sex offenders. However, I think the lawmakers R getting ridiculous. It seems offenders can't live anywhere. It seems that it's becoming illegal 4 them 2 B alive. They MUST live SOMEwhere.

True, A better solution would be castration, then they could live most anywhere safely.

Actually, castration has been proven to be ineffective against rapists, etc. 96% of all sex crimes are committed by someone known to the victim and in positions of authority. So, a rational person should be more worried about who they live with than who lives in thier neighborhood. Remember - politicians will use scare tactics to get thier name in the paper. The reason cases like the Jessica Lumsford case make national news is that they are rare. So, take the same measures you should've been taking (and probably are) to protect your child and it won't matter who lives next door.

Well, the government may have to make a walled-in commune for them, because people do not want them in their neighborhoods around their children.
