You can't really. You can put it on the top of your back down to your shoulder blades, and on the bottom of back up to nearly your shoulder blades, but it's difficult to rub it in where they join. If I were you though I would master the art of rubbing it in evenly on easier to reach places first, before attempting this. Who knows what animal you may turn in to : 0

You can't w/o getting all blotchy. Same as any lotion, but this kind needs to be distributed very evenly or will look like crap. Get a friend!
