A new facial wash I tried really dried out my skin. The lotion and moisturizer I have don't seem to work. What home remedies could I use?

I would say, don't use soap, get some kind of cold
cream and tissue it off daily, till things get better.
Possibly do some sort of hydrating mask, like avocado
or honey.

I read oatmeal mixed with honey is a good mask.
