Given that Michael Moore did Fahranheit 911 and attacked US policy in a big way, how come he isnt a wanted man by the Bush administration?

Because the Bush admin thinks they have sufficiently discredited him that he is no longer a threat. I'm pretty sure he is at least watched, if not wanted.

Michael Moore should be tried for treason, because every word out of his mouth since 9/11 has given direct aid and comfort to the enemies of this country. Attacking policy is one thing, but denying outright that there is such a thing as a terrorist problem is beyond the pale.

While there may be costs everywhere if one attacks the government these costs are not the same. USA is not China So if by "wanted man" you mean a situation where the police knocks your door down, arrests you and persecutes your family the answer would be : the US is not a dictatorship so Michael Moore could not be a wanted man inthat way. If however by "wanted man" you mean the target of media attacks, harrassing or some other type of "pressure", maybe he is maybe he isn't. It depends who you are listening to and what you believe.
