not fat ..husky maybe..possibly getting ready to hit a growth spurt..

You might be a little bigger than average... some people just grow at different rates than others though. I've gained about 15 lbs this summer, but i was just filling in. That might be for you too.

If you are body building at all..if you are building muscle that will throw the BMI readings out the window..It will show every bodybuilder as being clinically obese..even though they are not.

If you're American, I would say no. If you're foreign, I would say slightly. I'm 19 almost 20, 5'11 and 175-ish lbs, 34 inch waist and quite broad shoulders however I do still have a belly... body fat of about 28% I think. You're not FAT fat though, perhaps just a little overweight
-
You are overweight by a little, since you ARE tall. You could lose the 20 lbs you gained and start by drinking more water, taking in more protein and excersing 4 times a week
-
yeah you are you need to loose like 20pounds i would not try exericing because that will make you tired and want to eat so i would just drink alot of water like five cups a day well i would'nt cause um actually skinny and dont need to loose weight
