Help answer this question below.

If I am a co-signer named on loan, named on title and registration but not in possession of vehicle and ex is 3 mo's behind in payments and loan company is threatening me because he is avoiding loan company, can I legally go to TN and repo this car?

    is this an "ex " because of a divorce? if so it shouldve been settled in the decree.if not, i d say if you have a set of keys go repo it yourself,(it may not be exactly legal but go get it at night and dont stop until you get home)then let the loan company have it....only one problem the loan company will sell the car at auction. you will be responsible for the difference in what the car brings at auction and what is owed on the vehicle.
