i think it is possible with siamese cats as they have an intelligence which is close to a dog. i think you go about it the same way as a dog.

yes you can teach them the same way you would a dog by offering a treat but cats aren't always starved like dogs are so it doesn't work a lot of the time.

Possible? Yes, quite. Likely? Ummm, if you don't know the answer to this then you've never owned a cat. The little bastards are VERY independent minded and can be mischievous and spiteful. As for how, it really depends on the temperament of the cat. Mine are mostly too energetic to pay attention (think toddler with a sugar buzz) except for the one who just looks at me like I'm inconveniencing her but she doesn't want to get her paws dirty by killing me.
