I've gotten obsessed with video games before they had this newfangled "online" stuff. But my little brother is obsessed with World of Warcraft and Guild Wars. He used to be obsessed with RuneScape, too.

Not a game, really, but I do spend an amazing amount of time answering questions. I have also had temporary obsessions with certain books, which I had to read all the way through with little or no breaks.

OMG. Yes! I was way too obsessed with Ages of Empires III to the point that it was affecting my relationship with family, my bf at the time and my friends. I was too hooked that I'd stay up all night 'til the next morning and get only 2-4 hours of sleep and then go to work. Then while at work, all I thought about was what strategies I would use to kick ass online and level up my Ottomans. It was CRAZY. Nobody ever thought, not even I, that I would get so obsessed over a game but I did.
