In my house, my kids have their parents and I have mine, my GF is not english so ill leave her fammily out. But I never had grand parents, so no idea on an average

I'd guess at probably three or so. There are many who have been here more, but there are also many who have come more recently, and three generations ago there were still MANY immigrants coming in to fill up the country!
