Help answer this question below.

I am male and have been having sex for a while now but for some reason I have never been able to achieve climax. I don't have low confidence, at least I don’t think I do, and my partners always remark positively on my performance. What's wrong?

    I'm not sure how old you are, but certainly as we get older it gets harder for many men to climax (the technical term is inorgasmia). It can be caused by many things, such as medicines, being less fit, or simply the body muscles getting older. Loss of sensitivity in the penis (especially for circumcised men) can also be an issue.

    Possible solutions: experiment with different lubricants to increase sensitivity, try sex aids (e.g porn) that bring on climax, increase your fitness, smoke and drink less, avoid masturbation between sexual encounters, scrutinise any medicines (esp hair drugs or anti-depressants) you may be on, talk to a doctor (STI clinic doctors are pretty cluey about these issues), and if you want to really go the hog, try learning tantric sex.

    Maybe youre concentrating to hard on them, and not enough on yourself.
    Can you masterbate fine? if so, then you need to do a position and rhythem that suites your needs ;)

    Assuming you don't have any trouble reaching climax when masturbating perhaps you should try this a little before sex, more foreplay may turn you on to a greater degree, perhaps a blow job before hand or something? However if you can't acheive climax through masturbation either just go at it harder and it will come (no pum intended)!
