Alligator because they like to roll their victims and it would like being on a tilt-a-whirl at the local circus. wheeeeeeeeeeeeeee!!!!

A shark, pound for pound a gator will snap a limp completely off, as where you are more likely not to bleed to death by a shark attack.

Shark..an alligator will bite and hold on..take you under and try to drown you pretty much immediately..a shark..will bite..back off and go in for another bite..easier to fight off than something that clamps on and is pretty much build like a armored truck :)

Alligator, because there's a better chance that I might actually be on or near land when this occurs. If he releases me from the first bite, I could hold his jaws shut to avoid a second. Alligators' jaws have (obviously) extreme power to close, but not much to open back up. I guess I'd just hang on and pray. With a shark, there's no chance I'd be on land. Even if I could punch it in the eye, or the nose (I don't know if it's actually called a "nose" on a shark), like you're supposed to, and get away from the imminent danger, I'd probably drown before I could get to help.

shark, cause they usually hit and run because we taste bad to them
