If the person you love says they love you but then they sleep with someone else but then say sorry and that they still love you and want another chance do you give it to them and do you believe that they ever did really love you?(past history of mine)

I think that at some point, yes they did love you, but if they lost sight of that enough to go to someone else, then they don't deserve you anyways! From my own experiences, I find it really hard to trust someone again once they've cheated on me. It just breaks my trust and blows the relationship. I may eventually give them another chance, but it would take a very long time for me to get to that point.

That would most likely be hard for me to believe. It doesn't mean the person is lying, though. It does, however, sound suspicious.

i think its possible to love someone and sleep with another....it's hard to rebuild trust though...ask yourself if its really worth it...i've found that usually its not....good luck

I think that yes, they may have loved you..but the love wasn't strong enough to fight temptation. Cheating is the unforgivable screw up.

they might have loved you but they didn't love you enough to stay faithful to you. So I'd say that it would be best to move on. That person who slept with someone else has a lot to learn about love, being faithful, honesty, and about themselves.

i believe once a cheater always a cheater.if you forgive them and take them back ,thats just opening up the door for them to do it again,why not he took me back before.theres no end to it.if they cheated on you they never loved you to begin with.heres an example i love you tammy(unsaid words)till i find someone else.so to make it simple ,you are just filling in the void till someone else comes along.then it adios.good luck...pete
