What makes a person a man or a woman? Is there anything other than the physical attributes? Where does masculinity and femininity come into the picture, or does it?

Their pre-operative genitals aka the genitals they were born with. But if they have genitals of a man and have the "insides" of a woman...then they are what we call "LUCKY" :)

I think what makes a person a man or a woman is something determined before birth, something in our souls perhaps. I think some people are Fortunate/Unfortunate enough to have thier spirit be one gender and thier human body be another, be it by chance or not. I don't think our Physical bodies has much to do with our sexual identity other than the fact that most people have bodies to match thier souls.
