it depends. -and this answer is my changed one from before. when i read your question wrong at 1st I thought that i'd laugh it off. then i realized what you were asking.. and no, I generally wouldn't htink its funny. ~Only the people you wanna kiss, you wanna kiss. I agree w/ another answer that it seems a little decieving and not appreciating how hte other person might feel about it. - i think a kiss is not always just a kiss

No. A friend of mine had some issues with a guy doing that to her. She slapped him accross the face. He didn't learn, though. Now there is a restraining order in place.

It can happen accidentally if they thought you were turning your head the other way etc. With good friends kiss on the lips is more affectionate anyway than a kiss on the checks (obviously with the opposite sex). But I guess it could be a little awkward if anything if it happens with two people who are less familiar
