No. There are some things women can do that man cant, and some things men can do that women cant. We are -different- it's that simple, and trying to treat everyone the same is nuts.

Yes they should i know some Women that are better than men and men that are better then women so theres no quarentee that one is better at somthing than the other if theres not equality somthin is wrong!!

I don't think so. If both sexes were meant to be the same there wouldn't be any need for more than one. I think that we were meant to balance each other, not to be 100% equal. I think (and I am female) that it's unreasonable for women to expect the type of equality that many seem to want.
