  • A lot of email providers seem to consider Answerbag emails to be spam, for example GMail does. Look in your spam folder or set up a temporary Hotmail account and try again. Good luck!

  • when I first started a few days ago it did the same thing to me until I signed out then back in again then the unconfirmed went away. may be worth a try.
  • lol...lol its happened to most of us ...if you open a yahoo email account(its free) you will be ok ...seems if you use msn hotmail it wont go through
  • If you used a hotmail address, they will never respond. Try using a yahoo or gmail address. They both work.
  • This happens quite often. One option is to contact admin@answerbag.com and explain the problem. The other option is to update your email address and then request your confirmation again. This second method seems to be very effective - it worked for me and for three other people I know of. Here's how you do it: â–º Click on your username under 'Shopping Q&A' in the top right. â–º Then click on 'Edit my profile/avatar' under the 'Go' button. â–º Then click on the 'Account' tab on the left. â–º Change your email address to another one - any other one that you can actually receive. Create one if necessary. Save your changes. â–º Then request your confirmation mail again by either clicking the 'unconfirmed' link in the top right, or trying to comment or rate something. It might take up to a day, but you'll get your mail. Good luck!
  • I contacted that adress... i used a differant e-mail... no use. I just need an admin to look at this and confirm my account... how long will that take though?
  • You will get it. It takes a couple hours or so. It is not going to be right their when you open your email right after you confirmed it

(ALSO, check your spam/junk message folder because it may be in there) :o)
  • I couldn't get it, either. I think it's broken. Try telling someone via the Feedback link at the bottom of the page. I did, and somebody fixed me!!
