In Canada, "college" usually refers to a trade school which offers certificates and diplomas. By that definition, I haven't attended college. I do have 2 Bachelor's degrees and a Master's degree. I'll refrain from mentioning the universities in question, just in case they'd no longer want to be associated with me. :)
-
I've gone a lot, and would like to go more. I have several certificates and a degree. I mostly like to take classes because I'm interested in what's taught in the class other than taking a complete series of classes for a degree.
-

Yes & no. I dropped out of high school so I could work as an industrial first aid attendant on Canada's oil drilling rigs. Since this job requires just being on standby (only 4 actual "work" accidents in 11 years), I had plenty of free time to take courses by corrispondence. I finnished my high school equivalency and kept right on going ... now I have a Ph. D. in math, two Bachelors degrees (chem. & physics), and two Masters degrees (astronomy & cosmology). Then, I went BACK to school and got another set of degrees, "computer programmer & computer system's analyst". __________ ... add to that, my numerous martial arts black belt degrees, and my sister often repeats this joke, "... one more degree, and you can get a job as a human thermometer!"
