Can't say that I have, not much surfing in Indiana and even though there is ocean in Maine, I don't think it's very surfable...besides I would hate to see myself try to balance on a surfboard!

Nope, can't say that I have. I'd try it though. The thing is, I'm no where near anyplace that would have surfable waves. I haven't even been to a salt-water beach before. I've been to a lot of fresh water beaches, but they don't get near good enough waves.

I live in Santa Cruz ca. I think Its a requirement if you want to live here. I have two boards.

Yes!!!! I learned in Puerto Rico where I lived for 5 years, everyday there were waves I was out there til night. Its one of the best things you could ever try, the rush and relaxtion,,, its great!!!

howzit brah... im hawaiian so obvisilly i surf haha im actually sponsered by bilabong.. there is no other feeling then 2 surf.. it takes ur mind off everything all your thinking is can i catch this wave? wen do i need 2 paddle its the best thrill wen u catch a nice wave... well i hope ucan try it sometime cuz there is no other feeling like it good luck... aloha

I went "body" surfing a few times. And several times got slammed to the bottom of the ocean floor next to the beach as the wave crashed down on it! Pretty scary stuff! +6

Yeah a couple of times. On my first business trip to San Diego to visit my vendor there, they all go surfing at lunch so when in Rome do as the Romans they say...it was a blast!
