I'm not sure about the morning after, but a half-cup of chocolate pudding before you go to bed helps me tremendously. I have chocolate pudding stashed away just for such occasions. lol

I don't wbout the morning, but before I go to bed I take advil, water and something salty! In the morning as long as it't not really sugary sweet anything will do.
