You're reading Do you think some phobias are easier to understand than others, for example: a fear of wasps as you can actually get stung.And if there is a real chance of being hurt, how could the phobia be tackled.Any thoughts please?

to a degree, it is in controlled circumstances though, you must show the victim that their fear is based on worst case scenario generations in their head. Some more likely than others such as a wasp sting, but if you show them that this is not always the outcome you are on a pth to recovery, or at least improvement
