Help answer this question below.

Do you think some phobias are easier to understand than others, for example: a fear of wasps as you can actually get stung.And if there is a real chance of being hurt, how could the phobia be tackled.Any thoughts please?

    no i understand most phobias, its in the psych rather than the physical fear. I think exposure in controlled circumstances is the best treatment.
