  So, an awesome woman and I have had this relationship/ friendship thing going on for about three years now. Its been wonderful, but rather confusing. At first, we had bad timing around one another (as far as trying to date goes) as time went on, we found that we shared many tender moments. Everything we had done together was non sexual and rather blissful. Almost picturesque romance style. Unfortunately, she hit some bad times and things got hectic for us both. Eventually, we had to move away from one another (such is the way of military life) As well, we left on Rocky terms. After rekindling a friendship, we kept in touch for quite a while.   I am currently studying at a 4-year university. I have a 4.0 GPA and by the time I transfer I will have a 65 credits (most of them will not most likely not transfer because I am at a private university). I am trying to transfer to the south but I can not afford out of state tuition, where can I go that gives good scholarship where I can study for 10k/year or less?
