pilates requires a lot of concentration and patience. your mind should be clear and focused when doing it. kickboxing is something i'm currently trying and i think its great- you tone and you can release strees. its like hitting that one person you hate the most and still getting in shape. if not, you could try ultimate frisbee, tennis, running or cycling. ^__^

Try boxing, if you can’t find a local class, search the net for boxing trying activities and you will be good to go.
