Assuming you are using a PC, with a cd burner, you may put in a blank cd, and open up the drive from your my computer icon (usually drive D, C, something like that. To test this you can put a cd in and open your my computer. It should show you what drive the disk is in, when you put the blank cd in, look for the proper drive, open it up and drag and drop the files in the file menu will have an option to burn contents to disk which is what you want to do. to make this easier you may want to use some burning software such as nero, or something like that.
