  • I dont believe so.. they would break their hips that way. No offense ^^. Maybe for a few, with conditions?
  • Well it depends really lol! im sure if you were having a bad dream you may roll about and fall out the bed! do you mean on a regular basis?
  • No it isn't normal and could be a sign of a serious sleeping disorder. You should go get a doctors opinion which will no doubt send you to a sleep expert.
  • Is it a small bed? It's usually not normal, no. If it keeps happening, there are sleep therapists you could see and they might be able to help you. But uh, if all else fails...you could strap yourself in :)
  • No, I wouldn't go as far as to say that's 'normal.'
  • No that isn't really normal , though I have a twin size bed that is high off the floor and I have caught myself a time or two + 5
  • I'd say if you do it once in like a very very long time that's fine. But if it keeps happening you might want to get that checked out. Or at least tell the person who has it to get it checked out.
  • I am having the same problem I fall out of bed regularily last night I banged my head/arm/knee - Cut my ear and general brusing as well. I didnt think this was serious just a case of I fall out of bed quite a lot. It's a standing joke within my family as they hear the thud and say 'There's Mum on the floor again!' Maybe I should talk to the doctor
