Why does every woman seem to have a damn spray tan these days? They don't look good, they just make you look dirty. Celebrities have the worst looking ones. I just saw a pic of Posh Spice and she looks ridiculous.

I don't know but she and David Beckham seem like really vapid people. BORING people. So, maybe that's why. Their vapidness allows them to look silly and not care or be deluded into thinking it looks good.

I agree! What about Jessica Simpson? She waS supposed to be "bronze" and she looked like a mud pie. I guess they think they look good no matter if they're orange or dirt colored. Someone should fire they're makeup artists!

I'm with you. I have a male roomate that doesn't think his natural color looks good (but it does). He gets it all the time and wonders why women aren't interested.

I don't have a spray tan... but I have a sunburn... Is that just as bad?

Years ago when they first came to market I had a work acquaintance who used them...she always had an orange glow..not an even orange glow, a splotchy orange glow. So hopefully there has been an improvement over the years. But I personally have never nor would ever use them..they just seem so messy. Either get tan the old-fashioned way (using plenty of protective lotion) or don't bother. Just my opinion, of course! :)

Because the world is obsessed with vanity - and WHEN orange skin came into fashion I have no idea. I am very fair - I was stupid and used to go to a solarium - and used to tan up very well - despite my fairness.... i admit - I enjoyed being tanned - it made me look and feel healthier.... but WHY you would want a SMELLY ORANGE type of skin - is beyond me. You can smell a person with a spray tan a mile off - no matter what the professionals say - it STINKS - and it always will.
