roll it over - dont touch it or you will get a penalty
You can take the money & recieve a penalty (you don't get the full amount), or you can roll it over. Check with your employer or which ever financial institution handles your account to be sure of your options.

What happens to your 401K if the company that it is in goes under? In addition, it is mandatory that if you work for a dealer that your 401K be rolled over to them?
