• I have heard it can, and I belive it to. When you sleep, it lets your muscles relax and they stratch out. When you are awake they actually compress. They say you shrink about 1 inch when you are awake. If you never sleep, your muscles dont relax and I cant see how you would grow to much. Also, the only time you grow is when you sleep.
