Right, I always do it like the streets in the US are... The passenger seat is more to the right... Driver is to the left... It's like youre the Passenger

Usually right, because we drive on the right here. But if they're already on their left I'll go left.

Depends on which side has more space. I normally try to go right, but I learned quickly in the UK to go to the left. You get a rather terse look if you go to the right.

Depends on how much I like them, I might want to meet in the middle... but usually to the right, as with driving.

I walk like I drive, fast and to the right. Depending on who it is. Contrary to how I drive, I might brush up against him if he's handsome ;)
