You could have a torn groud wire . drop test all of the ground wires and see if there is a break.

While working on it did you have the battery disconnected during any welding? If not you may have fried the climate controler.

You're reading I put a 3 inch body lift on my 2001 Ford F150 4x4. The climate control doesn't work now and there's no juice going to the blower motor. The fuses are good and there are no cut wires. What could be the problem?
