  • No and no.
  • Anal sex is pretty common. More so than people think. The CDC says that one out of three women under 24 have done it. Just use lube and be aware of the risks. You would still technically be a virgin if you do not have vaginal sex. But there is a chance it could slip out and go into the vagina anyway....
  • I've had two girlfriends that told me they were still "technical virgins" when they lost their "anal virginity" - they had anal sex before vaginal. It's not that uncommon, for the reason you suggested - fear of pregnancy, and also fear of losing the "virginity that counts". You ARE still technically a virgin (even biologically, the hymen is still intact) if you've had anal sex but not vaginal. But please remember, there is a higher chance of condom breaking, and of communication of sexually transmitted diseases, with anal sex, especially for the girl. First, try to still use a condom. Second, even with all precautions, at least feel somewhat confident that the guy isn't diseased or likely to be sleeping around. Knowing from personal experience, having sex in a way that can't lead to pregnancy, such as anal sex, or now for me vaginal intercourse (after my vasectomy, I'm happily sterile and lifetime childfree!), there is a strong tendency to say "screw the condom". I know I've done it enough, and probably will in the future. But I know I'm always putting myself at least at a small risk. Even with "clean" partners, or partners that are not promiscuous, there is always a chance, and you can't and shouldn't trust anyone with your health and life, not really. Try to play it safe is what I'm saying. Pregnancy might be the worst and most serious "sexually transmitted disease" - what with the little expensive parasite leaching off of you and all, but at least it can be terminated, and generally won't kill you. Women (and gay men) are always going to be at more risk - not to be crass, but unless there's some "open sore" action going on, the one doing the "shooting" is less likely to get infected than the one "taking the load".
  • MvL answered this very well, but I wanted to add that you need to be sure you're ready to have sex. I'm not trying to be preachy or belittle you or anything, but before you even start to worry about this you need to be sure this is a guy you both love and trust. Believe me, I'm 18 and I just went through this. Anal is the easy way out now, but you might not enjoy it and you'll eventually want to have good old fashioned vaginal sex. Also, I can't stress this enough: birth control. More than one, if you can. The Pill works well, but even with that, use a condom too. This will probably help a lot more than just sticking to anal, since there is still loose semen involved that could find its way in and you're not protected. Hope that helps and it doesn't sound like I'm being degrading or anything. Good luck.
  • only if you can put something in his butt, fair is fair.
  • you would still have your v-card, and yes you definitely should........wing man!!!!!!!!!
  • i would rather get on the pill, use back up protection, and lose my virginity. i mean, i realize that physically you can be a virgin if you only have anal sex, but come on, you aren't really a "virgin" anymore after that. just wait until you are ready to start off with regular sex because you can get pregnant from anal sex if no condoms are used, or if it breaks because sperm can travel.
  • You have to think about it this way too. When you get a new boyfriend what are you going to tell hime. "well I'm a virgin, but I've taken it in the dooker" that kind of ruins the wholesomeness of it all.
