    Yes and no. I've had little success with several USB controllers I've tried. Which is better than no success at all. Ussually the various buttons work, but are not pressure sensitive. I've havn't had any success finding one that mimics the PS2 analog joysticks. Radioshack (probably others too) sells a PS2 controller to USB adapter for 9.99$ and 12.99$ that makes the PS2 conroller work perfectly on my PC so if the USB ports on the PS2 are standards compliant they should work.
