In essence, yes. He is treating someone differently only because of their race. However he is not harming them in any way other than saying "no" to sex with them. If he treated them badly then it would be wrong but we have our sexual urges for a reason, whether it be genetics, build, psychology etc.

This is no different than someone who likes taller or shorter men, thinner or heavier, redheads or blondes. Three are often physical attributes that get a person a bit excited. Liking a particular attribute exclusively with regards to your partner does not reflect racism.

I'd have to agree with Tegarst here....I think it's really a matter of personal preference..what he finds attractive. for instance, I'm attracted to brown-eyed brunettes, so am I being prejudiced towards blue-eyed blonds? no. I have no prejudice. I'm simply drawn to what I personally find attractive.

This is a situation of narrow preference, not racism. Racism is, according to Merriam-Webster, "a belief that race is the primary determinant of human traits and capacities and that racial differences produce an inherent superiority of a particular race." Your friend isn't necessarily saying the black race is superior to the white race based on inherent characteristics. He merely prefers the company of black men to white.

I don't think it's racism but I think it's not the norm. But what the heck as long as he's happy

Hi, i do not think this is racist at all, it is just what he likes, some people like well muscled guys, others like skinny guys, its exactly the same in my eyes, as long as they are happy then that is all that matters
