  • Toning up can make it look better (cellulite always seems less noticable against good muscle tone than slack) and a generally good diet will improve the look of your skin (and some say eliminate toxins, though the jury's still out on that one), but just loosing weight on its own won't necessarily help. Hydrated skin shows cellulite much less, so one of the best things you can do diet-wise is drink plenty of water and cut down on salt. On the plus side, if you look generally toned and slim and healthy, people are less likely to focus in on a bit of orange peel than if you're flabby and overweight.
