Yes it has. Weird things are happening, people's personalities are becoming more exaggerated, tensions are building, and good connections are being made. Things feel and seem more different than ever before. I feel further away from my friends and closer to some new acquaintances. I don't know, but I think it has been strange this summer.

It has been too short and strange.

Yes it has. At the beginning of summer it rained for weeks on end. Then it got extremely hot and humid. Then it rained some more. I'm in Oklahoma. We have more than 20 counties declared disaster areas as a result of this last torrential rain. Kingfisher, OK is basically under water and the death toll is 6 so far.
