Free ice water, all you can drink! They put in an exercise room about a year ago, w/ weight machines, 2 treadmills, elliptical trainer, recumbent.

I set my own schedule now that I am a visiting nurse and I love it. I start/end when I want and am able to run personal errands inbetween visits.

Ability to go to work whenver I feel like it, and able to take vacations and days off whenever I need, also buying modern furniture at the cost is nice...

I don't have to show up until 11am. Otherwise, it sucks.

Well...I get paid. All-you-can-drink water? I work 12 hour shifts, so there are quite a few days off in between, unless I take overtime, which I usually do. Some of the people there are pretty cool... I get 5 paid sick days/yr and 5 paid vacation days. That's about it.

I can take a leave of absence anytime I want! Leave applications are always approved there.
