I suspect you need to pick up the intensity of your workouts.

Okay, update. Now, I gained an inch on my waist, lost an inch on my hips, gained an inch on knees and calves and 3 inches on my thighs!! I have still lost absolutely no weight. What gives??

Chances are, you have gained so much muscle it appears you have not actually lost any weight. Muscle is more dense and weights more than fat, so this gaining around muscley areas is actually a good sign.
-
Cause right now you are building muscle and muscle weights more then fat. Keep up the cycling and soon the weigth will start to drop off.

Check your heart rate(which you probably are) to try to keep your heart rate in the right zone for your workouts. Mix up your workouts. Additionally strategically structure your calorie intake before and after your workouts. Do some research into your caloric, carb intake, and diet in general. It sounds like your doing 95% of the work and now just need some fine tuning.

You haven't said anything about your food intake. In order to lose weight, you have to take in fewer calories than you use. To get a realistic view of food intake and burning calories, you need to consult a licensed nutritionist, and never try to lose weight without your doctor's advice. Changes in body weight and size also affect your organs and your other systems, and need to be monitored.

Weight loss can be as simple as cut calories and exercise, but there are many fine tuning shortcuts that really pour the gas on the fire to boost your success.
