Throw a pound in your crock with a couple handfulls of rice, your choice of tomoato juice or beef or chicken broth (or a little of both!), and chop up whatever veggies you have around. So many different ways to make it, very little time spent in your kitchen.

taco mac and cheese - ground beef cooked up with taco seasoning, some boiled macaroni, and velveeta melted in enchilada sauce, all mixed together. 15 minute dinner, if you're slow :o) sure to please all palates
