  • There are plenty of programs that will mask your IP address. (That's called using a proxy.) You can also set your TCP/IP settings to allow you to reach a random IP address each time you connect, unless your ISP requires you to use a static one. Here's an excellent site that explains what to do, and why. I think it also offers a free software program to use. http://www.proxyblind.org/
