Masturbation is not one of those things that you have to ask permission to do. So there is really nothing to stop anyone from masturbating, if they wanted to. If your asking if you can masturbate and still claim to be abstinent, the answer is yes.absinent is to refrin from doing something. I could abstain from drinking liquor or anything else I so choose. A person can abstain from have intercourse, and still not abstain from jacking off. It's two different things.
