I rent a condo from a private owner. I have been informed by my landlord that the HOA is in the process of evicting me for loud noises. I don't make much noise. I pay my rent on time every month. My landlord doesn't want me to move. Is this legal?

I don't know if it's legal or not but it sounds like someone just doesn't like you. Good luck, I hope this gets worked out... it sounds very unfair :(
