How would anyone know it was him? If he was forthcoming on the miracle displays, and was willing to subject his miracles to repeatable scientific validation, then at least I'd accept that there was something paranormal and outside our current knowledge of physics going on. But then he could just as easily be an advanced extraterrestrial posing as a human Jesus, or a time traveller with advanced technology. Those would actually be a bit easier to swallow for me. Advanced technology looks like magic, if it's advanced enough over what you have and understand - but at least it would still be ultimately comprehensible and knowable, and not inherently beyond us.

Unfortunitly, we don't know when our last moment on earth is. For all I know, I may get hit by a huge bus on the way to work. So, this question should be an everyday question,something like: 'am i so convinced that jesus is NOT real, that I would put my life and potential eternal existence on the line?' man can never know the ways of such a great God, we are just his creation. So by reasoning, if jesus' second coming happened today, i would and do believe in him, but i know that many others have already answered yes to the theoretical question i asked....

Only if I came alone with him. Because before He returns to this world. I Thessalonians Chapter 4 V-16- has to take place. And when it dose, the dead in Christ will rise first, then the living who believed in Him as their Lord & Christ shall follow. And starting at that moment in time. There will be another seven years left here on earth, until Jesus returns & ends these wars that seem to never end.... There's much more to this story. And its all in His Word. Just take the time & read it...

I think people have already tried to be the second coming, but they were thrown in an asylum and the next one won't be any different. So...no I wouldn't believe it.

Would I believe WHAT? That he was a real historical character? Yes, since it has not been fully demonstrated yet. Something about his message? In that case I would pay careful attention, since what has been said about it is so contradictory and in some cases clearly false. If he was the person we hope he was, most of his followers would give him their backs and crucifixion anew.
