No but MOSTLY not as bad, communication has shown more people that like it or not they probably know someone who smokes, and hopefully don't think that person is as bad as the Reefer Madness stereotype. But dis or misinformation from these embarrassing anti-drug "messages" today seem to turn back the clock on things as bad if not worse than Bill Clinton did for women's rights or sexual discrimination.

It is as inaccurate today as it was when the movie was made.I saw it twice and laughed my head off at it's inaccuracies.Labeling pot smokers is of no benefit to anyone.

All the pot smokers I've personally known have been very irritable, surly people. I don't know if that fits any stereotypes or not.
