  • I did Tae-Bo in my highschool gym class as well as a bit of working out with a friend. The work out routine is pretty fun, but some of the movements were a tad bit too intense for me. I prefer to do my own thing, but I did find Tae-Bo entertaining enough to stick with.
  • I have two of his DVD collecting dust. I do them every once in awhile, and I'm sure if I did them more often, I would get in shape.
  • Right now in Japan, Billy's boot camp is the rave. Even the little old ladies at the supermarket are talking about it!
  • I sure remember him but he didn't help. I liked the video by Akon better when he has that line, we can kick it like Tae-Bo.

  • I think that anything that will get you moving is going to help you get in shape, and this could work... but I personally find any exercise tape to be difficult to motivate me, especially if it's complicated. I checked out this tape and the moves were pretty difficult from the start and as with most things, I got discouraged and quit. So I'd say, no.
