The main thing you would enjoy would be the relief from English weather and the fact that booze is half UK prices.

The woman! Scandinavian, hmmmmmm. The Fjord, so amazingly wonderful and hypnotic. A very impressive castle/fort A 900yo church, even as a non religious guy I was still amazed at it!

Because it's so damn beautiful : P Well, I think it's peaceful - apparently people think it's beautiful too *shrugs* I don't really, but meh This is Sydney Harbour, building on the left is the Opera House, the bridge is (guess what...) the Sydney Harbour Bridge : P 2nd Picture is the same place but from above and the side... To be honest I don't think there's much to do here : P Maybe you could go to the zoo and see some native Australian animals, or you could like... climb the bridge or something (it's pretty high, and it's nice to be so high up above the harbour like that, unless you hate heights : P )

There isn't much to my town. It's just a little village in upstate New York of about 800 people. Been around since late 1600s. Sits on the banks of the Upper Susquehanna River. It is very pretty here in the fall and in the winter. We live out of town up in the woods. (As the people who live in town say, "Oh! You're woods people.....like we're weird or something) We do have a really nice little Bakery/Grill that opened about one year ago. Everybody loves to eat there. We're sort of on the way to Cooperstown, which will mean something to people who love baseball. And the biggest city near here is the capital of carousels. I won't bother telling you about another town that is home to Elmer's glue :-) I'll put up some photos of the river and town in winter and what we do bests which is FLOOD! And some photos up by us, our fall foliage and goin gup our driveway.
