Yes, as they are usually very very cheesy and the leading cause of murder-suicides on the Midwest. However, my brain is tragically hardwired to think of puns, and sometimes they are just so clever that I can't help myself...of course, they sound much worse when I say them.

Yes, I hardly ever hear them anymore. And I think that's sad, because while they can be groaners, they can also be very clever and punny!
